Pros: Industry-leading pay in DFW.
Fairly forward when it comes to technology.
Work-life balance is excellent for the most part.
Definitely a great place to start your career.
Cons: Stack ranking is the worst.
Because of it, some leadership prioritizes themselves over your wants and needs.
Not every manager and director will do that, but the ones that do are incredibly toxic.
When it's good, it's good, but when it's bad, it's really bad.

Pros: Freedom to innovate in the technical areas.
The company promotes study and self-improvement.
Depending on the teams, the time used for meetings is minimal.
So far so good.
Cons: Corporate culture can be boring but is tolerable if you land in a good team.
If hired during the pandemic, it can be challenging to get familiarized with the tools, culture, and team members.
Lots of internal tools to learn about, so grab a coffee and be patient :)
