Five interviews back-to-back with no break. Some of them finished over five minutes early, but most did not. The interviewers were not friendly and not interactive at all. Only two of them had a back-and-forth conversation with me.

Pros: Good pay. Most engineering teams don't track PTO, so it's kind of like unlimited PTO.
Cons: Very competitive performance management that stacks peers against each other. This makes it hard to relax and support one another; most people are out there for themselves. Leadership is also more concerned about looking good themselves.
Furthermore, bereavement leave sucks. They just increased it to two weeks, but even that isn't enough in some cases.

Reasonable hours
Interesting projects
Cons: Ridiculous management churn: expect at least two managers a year.
Forced distribution on bi-yearly reviews, because it's not possible for everyone on a team to be a strong performer.
A definite weed-out process for first-year associates. Once you make it through the first year, you'll be fine, but lots of people don't.
If management kills a project, someone on the team will get a failing review, no matter how strong their work is.
Sometimes unpleasant teammates.
