• Seems to have a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• There are good teams doing interesting/engaging work. There are also teams where you can just coast with minimum effort.
• It is generally easy to move around if you're not happy with where you are.

• There are some bad teams/managers that don't care about your career or happiness and may abuse the rating structure to keep you from leaving their team.
• Similarly, work/life balance can be hit or miss depending on team/department.
• Can feel fast-paced/competitive at times.
• Very political organization; teams get re-purposed at the slightest whim of some higher-level manager.
• "The best way to get promoted is to leave for a competitor and come back" is common knowledge.

Generally doing a good job, but keep an eye out for bad managers. Listen to your employees' complaints.
