The interview process, as discussed, was a phone interview and F2F. If the phone interview went well, the F2F would follow. I had the phone interview, and that became the final one. No need for F2F.

Three hours were split evenly between: * Three behavioral questions * A couple of coding questions * A case interview for Power Day The case interview was more business-based, but included a little bit of code debugging.

I arrived on site and they gave a tour of the building. I ate lunch in a group of about 15 applicants and 4 employees. I then had three interviews: * A behavioral interview * A job fit (technical) interview * A case interview
