Very long and useless online coding problems. LeetCode hard-level problems that don't apply in real life. I would definitely redesign the interview process. I wouldn't work there if these were the demands.

Power Day is a gauntlet of interviews. It takes a very long time to schedule an interview panel, and you need to take a day off to participate. Overall, not the best interviewee experience.

Applied online through LinkedIn. Received a hiring recruiter screening call, followed by a coding assessment test on the Codility platform. Then, a Power Day, and finally, a hiring manager and recruiter team fit round.
