Very long and useless online coding problems. LeetCode hard-level problems that don't apply in real life. I would definitely redesign the interview process. I wouldn't work there if these were the demands.

It was a three-step process. The first step involved a hiring manager who asked some pre-screener questions. Afterwards, I was asked to do an assessment test. I did not pass the assessment test.

First, I had a phone screen with pretty standard questions. Then came the coding assessment. The coding assessment had four LeetCode-like questions, and I had 70 minutes to complete them. It wasn’t enough time.
