Decent pay; intense environment with little collaboration
Decent pay, great technology, lots of leeway in coming up with solutions.
Not enough freedom for architecture choices. Not enough collaboration. Little mentoring from senior resources.
Revamp the culture as it is too fake, and it's based on forcing H1-Bs to contribute and challenge others (own opinion).
