- Too many communication tools (email, multiple flavors of IM, multiple ways of doing voice chat, video conferencing, screen shares, pair programming, message boards, wiki, Slack, etc.), which sometimes cause communication to go haywire.
Keep streamlining the organization. Improve communication within the organization and renew the commitment to keep people in the loop as much as possible.
