No micromanagement, but coworkers and managers who are heavily involved in your success and development. Lots of very intelligent people. Great salary and equity for a pretty large startup. If you work remotely, all people care about is that you: * show up to mandatory meetings where you have something to contribute * get your work done in a timely manner. No surveillance.

Cons: Until recently, there was a lack of transparency surrounding promotions or even official job titles representing your level, and a continued lack of transparency around salaries.

Pros: The team is very helpful and collaborative.
