Pros: Work on cutting edge, truly revolutionary technology that has empirically demonstrated 10-100x speedups over clusters of GPUs for less cost. No micromanagement, but coworkers and managers who are heavily involved in your success and development. Lots of very intelligent people. Great salary and equity for a pretty large startup. If you work remotely, all people care about is that you: * show up to mandatory meetings where you have something to contribute * get your work done in a timely manner. No surveillance.
