Initial phone screen - nothing technical, mostly my background and understanding the company. Then I was invited to do a CoderPad question. Friendly chap. I was asked a name-match question. Ran it successfully. Got rejected. Sigh.........

First, a recruiter screen, and then a phone screen, followed by an onsite if you pass the phone screen. I did not pass the phone screen, so my process ended here.
