The hiring process was very progressive and professionally handled. The first round was telephonic, followed by four 45-minute in-person interviews.
During the in-person interviews, the Talent Manager gave a tour of the company, showing me all the workspaces. Afterward, I met with individuals from various skillsets, including Solutions Architecture, Technology, VP, and Director.
Later that same day, I received a call back from the Talent Manager to ask for my feedback about the interview.
Overall, it was a very good experience. Everyone was considerate of my comfort and ensured the availability of water or drinks.
The interviews included many behavioral questions, leadership questions, technical design questions, and management-related questions. If you are truly a manager and technically sound, it is very easy to answer them. There was nothing specific that stood out.
According to you, what are your thoughts on the technical requirements when it comes to the new design of a system?
