Pros: 2 Days Free Lunch :D Decent Pay

Cons: Horrible, horrible tech leadership/management. All the good leaders have already left the company, and only toxic ones are remaining. These managers or leaders blame engineers for their own failures because they have to save their jobs. Frequent layoffs, firing of employees, toxic work culture. I don't know if a single employee (except people leaders) looked happy to me. This company used to be one of the best places to work, but now it's just the opposite.

Pros: Fast-paced. Lots to learn.

Cons: Poor work environment. Constantly changing priorities.

Pros: I had a great team and I loved my project. I wanted to stay and see it through, but they had other plans.

Cons: Management swaps make it hard to establish meaningful connections. Lots of hidden metrics are looked at for engineers, like commits per day, and they are discussed for each individual and compared. Managers who did not hire me but became my managers were not very involved in 1-on-1s, and this really made it not a fun place to be.
