The interview process involved: * An initial call * A very basic online test on HackerRank, featuring radio button questions on programming syntax and principles * Similar questions on the phone * Followed by an in-person interview lasting 2.5 hours

Initial phone screen with recruiter. Scheduled a 1-hour technical phone screen with the hiring manager and one other team member. They asked very conceptual and theoretical questions; there were no coding questions. (Did not enjoy the process.)
