The virtual onsite was very well planned.
I had the full schedule ahead of time, along with a prep call.
The offer was well explained to me, and negotiation made me feel valued.
Questions
All the questions asked are already on Glassdoor.
For the code screen, be prepared to write a lot of code, as opposed to terse 10-15 line functions. No crazy algorithms were involved. It was a very practical problem that resembled a day-to-day task and took a fair amount of code to solve.

Pros: The company is growing fast at a steady pace while putting emphasis on building a great culture.
There's transparent communication from executives.
The company's values are very aligned with its business model, and I feel empowered to do my best work, knowing we're helping people better manage their finances.
Cons: As we bring more people on board, the workplace starts to feel a bit cramped.
Though we've recently hired a dedicated role to address this, I'm hopeful that it'll improve soon.

Pros: I've been with Chime since Dec. 18. The executive team works hard to ensure that you feel included at Chime; they are very transparent and approachable. They organize all-hands meetings and social events every month. Chime hires great and diverse people, so everyone is very nice and great to work with.
Salary is competitive, and recognition is higher than in my previous company. The product is very interesting, and I enjoy what I do here every day.
There is a soccer team! If you play soccer, it's a no-brainer – we need you! (There is a football team as well, but who cares ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ).
Cons: Perks can be better. They are very basic, but this is probably not a big deal since the pay is great.
