Hardware Engineer Interview Experience - San Jose, California

June 1, 2009
Neutral ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The interview process began with an initial meeting with a college recruiter. This was followed by an on-campus invitation, which included a tour, presentations, and an interview with five different team managers.

The campus was decent, and the company provided a good presentation on their new and upcoming projects. There was also a panel discussion with recent hires, sharing their experiences from the past year.

Although I applied for a hardware position, my actual role seemed to be somewhere in between hardware and software, and consequently, things didn't go as well as I had hoped.
