Pros: Challenging work atmosphere, brand name, facilities such as a gym, health care, 401k, and work from home with flexibility.
Cons: Job insecurity, tight deadlines, too much politics, very Asian atmosphere, creative ideas not really welcomed. Need to work as a soldier or slave, driven.

Pros: In my experience, management was great; they seemed genuinely interested in my development and what I wanted to do.
A lot of smart people here.
Work environment was pretty relaxed, but it really depends on what group you work in.
They do well to treat interns like new hires.
Cons: Overall, a very slow-moving company. Training was slow to start, and expectations/goals were not very clear. Perhaps there was too much complacency all around.
