The team was very friendly and helpful; the interviews seemed more like normal conversation.

Pros: In my experience, management was great; they seemed genuinely interested in my development and what I wanted to do.
A lot of smart people here.
Work environment was pretty relaxed, but it really depends on what group you work in.
They do well to treat interns like new hires.
Cons: Overall, a very slow-moving company. Training was slow to start, and expectations/goals were not very clear. Perhaps there was too much complacency all around.

Pros: Good pay and friendly coworkers. Flexibility to work from home and come in late, as long as you are willing to work late and from home in the evenings.
Cons: Cisco supports a work-work culture; there's practically no work-life balance.
