Pros: Incredible people - committed to the company and each other.
Incredible managers - very caring and very supportive through challenging personal times.
Incredible monthly check-ins by management, ranging between multiple topics, and incredible support throughout the pandemic since day one. This includes being vocal on mental health, homelessness, and volunteering work, and ensuring the company makes an impact both in SW/HW and its people and their locals.
Cons: Multiple geo coordination is challenging work-life balance. That is true for many companies I worked at, in various positions.
