Resident Engineer Interview Experience

Process

The interviewer was not really interested in conducting the interview and had some superficial front-end questions to start. They didn't even take a moment to look through my resume and just proceeded to ask how to configure a particular feature and some corner-case questions that one would have barely encountered.

They were rude and impatient enough to interrupt my introduction at the three-minute mark and sounded like they were half-asleep during the interview.

Please stop asking about how to configure specific features in 2024 when the world is looking to embrace AI generation.
