Process
The referral to the position came from a colleague and happened about two weeks after the application was submitted. The process ended with a generic email out of the blue stating the position was awarded to a more qualified candidate. I never even received a call back from the recruiter after numerous calls. Finally, I received an email saying the same thing as the generic email, with no further details. The process was very unprofessional.
