I got a phone interview two days after submitting my CV online. The call lasted 40 minutes, all on basic data structures.
The on-site interview lasted 2 hours with three different groups. It was still focused on data structures, with no logic or creative problems.
The working environment was not as good as I expected. People were coming in late and looked exhausted, even in the morning.
