Process
First: Phone interview with the recruiter.
Second: WebEx interview with a "Manager Software Development Engineering", discussing my profile and basic networking questions (1 hour).
Third: On-site interview:
- First 30 minutes with a "Manager Engineering", followed by a 1.5-hour technical interview with engineers.
Fourth: On-site interview:
- First 30 minutes with the Hiring Manager, followed by a 1.5-hour technical interview with engineers.

Standard whiteboard problem-solving/coding interview (2 problems).
Second on-site technical interview:
A number of shorter questions about debugging a given short piece of C code.
More detailed networking questions about understanding of ideas/problems in OSI L2/L3 protocols.
