Pros: As a fresher, you get enough time for the transition from college to corporate life. Superb office, gym, table tennis, foosball, cricket, pool, yoga, aerobics, etc. You name it, Cisco has it.
Best place to chill out!
Amazing work-life balance.
Cons: Very flexible; sometimes people take advantage of the flexibility.
Too many policies.
You might get bored and want to move out.
Not a great pay-master.
