Pros: The work environment is very good. Flexible work practices are also a plus.

Cons: These comments are about current CRBU (core routing), which is headed by managers who were previously in the optical BU. Very heavy workload. You will be forced to work on weekends (will have to work from the office) without any travel arrangements provided by the company. Untolerable politics. There will not be any recognition based on performance. They will make us work like donkeys, and in the end, will give feedback that the work is not satisfactory. They will offer high CTCs when you join, but it will be constant for 3-4 years, and the work keeps on increasing day by day. Most of the managers are technical guys who don't know how to manage people.

Pros: Flexible work hours Process-driven Employee-oriented policies Work anywhere on campus Obviously, this is applicable for employees working as Cessna.

Cons: Slide in the personal growth. Easy to climb two or three steps up the ladder, but after that, it is all downhill. One constantly needs to indulge in stuff other than work to go up the ladder faster than others. Less hike. If not for promotion, the yearly hike is pretty less. The management does not listen to employee qualms and queries. Often I kept hearing that only when you put your papers down, they will listen to you. And these things are also not for employees working in Cessna; this is part and parcel of people working at RMZ Ecospace.

Pros: Flexible Hours (Generally) Work on latest technologies.

Cons: Pay not up to the mark. Very slow hike process. Promotions are hard to get.
