Pros: Good office space, facilities, compensation, and benefits.
Cons: Joined with a lot of expectations, but unimpressed with my team's work culture.
1. No proper documentation of the project till date and knowledge sharing.
2. The manager does not interfere in technical aspects of work beyond a point, and I have seen situations where some took advantage of this.

Pros: Flexible work hours
Gives you full freedom.
We can work from home.
Will get to know about latest technologies.
Cons: Most of the technical leaders are exported from the US. They are not capable of creating great products. Pay is average. There is so much competition within employees for promotions.
