Pros: Work-life balance is great. The campus is huge, and the amenities and benefits for employees are excellent, such as the office cab.
Cons: Not a great place to learn and grow, since most people are coasting and living life. So, a great place to be for that, but if you're early in your career and want fast growth/appraisals, then this might not be the best fit.

Pros: 1. Awesome culture
2. Great work
3. Timing flexibility
4. WFH option
5. Perks of Cisco: Cab (Innova), timings, internet, laptop, UHC, fun fund, maternity, education budget, and practically all policies which are designed to take care of employees.
6. Good salary
Cons: 1. Changing teams across BU is a pain. You are not treated better than an outsider.
2. Cisco doesn't really encourage a lot of on-site options.
