First, I talked to the hiring manager and two people from the team over the phone.
Then, I traveled to the job location for a half-day interview with six to seven team members and managers.
After that, the hiring manager called and made an offer.
The culture is excellent at Cisco. They manage to keep a startup culture and treat you as a human.
