Applied through my college campus.
First, I had an aptitude test with six sections: Unix, C, Multithreading, and Networking.
Further, eight of us were shortlisted among 150 odd candidates and were called for an interview.
I had three technical rounds (average one and a half hours each) and one HR round (10 minutes).
In the first round, I was asked my favorite subject and then to write a program on the whiteboard to search an element in a tree with the least complexity (O(n)). I tried and gave around 10 programs, but the interviewer said there was an easier way. Finally, I had to quit. However, I was selected for the second round.
In the second round, general technical questions regarding DB, Locks, multithreading, Unix, and so on were asked. The third round was the simplest of all – I was asked about my project and related questions.
