Pros: At the CX Engineering org, there is great potential to grow and develop your skills building products with cutting-edge technology. The peers and managers are all very helpful and collaborative.
Cons: Some cross-team processes can be polished to make collaboration and shipping software easier, ultimately making the lives of developers easier. But no big cons.
