Process
The interview process consisted of one 45-minute phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by four interviews for the second phase.
The interview process was fairly easy. It included typical tech questions and several hands-on web penetration testing challenges. Nothing was too difficult.
I was ghosted after the second round of interviews. It was really disappointing to give up almost 5 hours of my time just to be ghosted in the end. This was unprofessional.
