Pros: - Work-life balance. - Very big campus and very good facilities. - Cisco benefits are very good for employees. - WFH is allowed.

Cons: - Not good for freshers. - Sometimes there is no work, so learning is very slow.

Pros: - Work culture is good in most BUs. - There are a good number of activities to socialize and volunteer during office hours. - Market-competitive salary & RSU.

Cons: - Competition is eating away market share, Arista in switching, Juniper in the hyperscale cloud segment because of no vision management. - Company management & HR are overly focused on projecting a good image outside or on social media. - There is no vision or direction from management; most of them are from sales and don't understand technology. - There is plenty of hierarchy through management layers. - And yes, there are constant layoffs because of weak, incompetent management.

Pros: Chilling for the most part.

Cons: At times too chill for growth.
