I applied for the job online and received a call from the hiring agency within a week.
On the first day of the interview, there were two rounds:
The Communication Skills round was a breeze. They simply wanted to check if I could speak English with a neutral accent and good grammar.
Aptitude was a little tougher, but the questions were manageable. Being a CCNP helped me breeze past the Networking questions; I believe I got 25 out of 25 correct.
Within 15 minutes of completing these rounds, I was told I was selected. I then had a 1:1 technical interview with a senior TAC engineer, who grilled me on various topics. I passed that round and proceeded to the managerial round, where a manager interviewed me to test if I fit the cut.
I received a confirmation call from HR the next day.
This was asked in the managerial round.
