Get a good salary, which is good for families and older workers to have more work-life balance. Also, a good bonus.
Not much growth. Too many policies, bureaucratic. Hiring non-US for lower wages.
Not a good place for young persons since you will not be able to learn when there are too many policies. Too many teams doing the same thing; overlapped.
