I have learned a lot from the people here. The pressure is not so big, and the people around are very nice to me.
There is no free lunch or dinner, like at other big companies. People here work very hard, and they should be paid like at other big companies.
Listen more about the employee. Try to know what they want, and do the best to let the employee get good payment and a working environment.
