It has a very open culture and takes care of its employees well. Most of the time, the work ethics and responsibility taken by employees are good.
Of late, open culture is going away, by virtue of Cisco allowing its acquired companies to be given a complete free hand. This has destroyed some of the good DNA of Cisco. Most of the time, the heads of these acquired companies and their VPs manipulate things just under the nose of Cisco's heads for their personal growth, destroy the team, and later run away to other companies.
Let Cisco's DNA, principles, and work ethics be made mandatory for acquired companies and their heads and VPs, and keep a tab on it.
