Having the opportunity to work with smart, intelligent people who are equally devoted to making the product better is always a pleasure.
Working in a DevOps culture, owning the product end-to-end, and making sure it's scalable and performant all come with challenges, but good challenges to have.
None that I can think of. I've been here just over 3 years and am still enjoying everyday of my work. Not many people can say that.
Consider compensation and growth to enable the teams to be self-sufficient.
