Cons

Lately, I see increasing pressure to deliver more with less people, with yearly restructuring. Managing performance becomes the norm, with fear of being managed out.

Advice to Management

Understand the challenge of managing performance and continue raising the bar. The ongoing restructuring is demotivating to the engineering workforce. The management team should strike a balance on moving the workforce to new growth areas instead of treating every engineer the same.
