Pros

Incredible access to technology and training on a vast array of devices and software, with wide application in business exposure.

For a global corporation, there are a lot of amazing initiatives they lead the way in:

  • Multi-national normalization of pay scales
  • Open transfer policies
  • Dozens of socio-economic and environmental sustainment initiatives focused on people, not solely profits
  • Incredible engineer mentor programs

Company full of some very clever people solving problems.

Cons

Distributed global teams can lead to some funky, late-night video conferences, but not unbearably so. There seems to be a lack of structured training for new managers. Engineers are converting into people or project managers. This is true of nearly every company everywhere, in fact.
