Get your crap together. Since I have been there, not once have the employees been made valuable. You are blind to see that your employees make the company and are not easily replaceable. I have seen more excellent people laid off in the last two years than I am sick. Raises are non-existent. Moving positions is almost impossible. Every department is on financial lockdown while the company brings in billions per quarter. This is not what I thought Cisco was about when I was hired. I am on my way out, as this is not a happy work environment.
