A great place to work!
I did not encourage remote work, as my team was colocated.
It's a 5-6 round interview. The interview procedure took a day, and the next day I got a call from HR to discuss salary details. The first level was a HackerRank test, followed by 4 technical interviews that happened in a day.
The first round was not bad. Only a single tech lead was present, asking basic C programming questions. The second round was quite long and painful. It consisted of three 1+ hour sessions with two interviewers, some of whom were the hiring manager.
Consists of three rounds of in-person (face-to-face) interviews. First round: C and data structure questions and basic networking questions. Second round: OS concepts and IPC mechanisms. Third round: Networking concepts and design questions.
