It was one telephonic screening round, after which they called me for four rounds of face-to-face interviews. I attended in person at their office in San Jose, and the whole process took approximately four hours.

After I had applied for a position through a former colleague, an engineer contacted me to set up a phone interview a week later. The interview was conducted via Webex.

Easy interview and the entire process went smoothly and I was able to get an offer. Salary is the part where they need to improve in order to attract good candidates to the company.
