It's huge. It's like a combination of many companies, with many domains. Also, sometimes different cultures. The overall culture is very people-focused, which is great.
One gets a chance to change from one BU to another.
Flexibility.
Old-timers are not compensated well.
Do salary review of loyal, long-time employees.
