Good work-life balance. The manager is supportive and hands-off. Newer buildings are furnished nicely, and snacks are available in the new buildings. The gym has everything you can ask for.
Cisco has been stuck in a "market transition" over the last few years. Although our profits are still good, we have yet to capitalize on the "internet of everything".
More transparency from upper management regarding the direction of things to come. Don't just blurt out big words. I want to see more graphs and tables on our performance, and concrete actions we're taking to take things to the next level.
