Pros

Good work-life balance. A company from where you can retire.

Cons

Salaries and compensation are not at par with the Bay Area standard; this may be a case only in IT software and not in engineering groups.

Every year presents a challenge, trying to innovate, but nothing is working out. It's like being stagnant, with no scope to grow.

All interns work here for 2-3 years, learn, and then find a better job with better compensation.

Employees' bonuses are being cut down just because targets are not met. Most employees are already on low compensation and heavily rely on their bonus. Now, they are cutting down the bonus part as well.

Advice to Management

Check the experience of employees. Consider their demand in the market and act now to bring them to right compensation as per industry standards in the Bay Area. Otherwise, you will lose all good technical engineering resources. Then, all legacy managers will have to code.
