Great to work with, but the uncertainty
Empowered employees and transparent executive management are a definite plus. The ability to work from home is accommodating, too.
Frequent layoffs and restructuring create a lot of uncertainty. Adopting new technologies through acquisition is a good strategy, but loyal employees are sometimes left behind. There are not enough activities promoting good work/life balance. Team-building events and tournaments (soccer, etc.) could be helpful.
Try to provide more stability in order to put better confidence into employees.
Improve sense of belonging through better team-building activities.
Provide better perks (snacks, etc.) in the break rooms.
