Laid back since nobody cares.
There's no career growth here. Cisco put tremendous efforts to please college interns and to recruit fresh out of college. It's unfortunate those who came here after college are not developed properly. Those who are smart enough will figure it out and move on after a couple of years. Those who don't make the cuts elsewhere remain and/or come here.

Worked as a contractor but didn't care to become full-time, even though I got the offer. Low salary, no growth, and behind. That, itself, speaks volumes for Cisco as a company.
