Great name value, but limited to grow together
Good location, good salary, well-known, good management, friendly people, good benefits, flexible work, good culture, requiring often customer site support.
Very limited or late to promotion. For example, it takes more than 5 years to get a higher position. It is a pretty big company, so it moves slowly. There are many political issues rather than technical issues. The management is very conservative, and there is nothing much to change or contribute personally.
You need to be careful to evaluate employees, and please don't do it only with their performance for a year.
