Opportunities for growth are very limited in Cisco and have been underpaid for a long, long time, even with E+ and X performance reviews.
Too many people are doing nothing there, just enjoying bureaucracy.
It looks like an Indian company in the US, and it is transferring everything to India.
Be agile, trim the bulk at the middle management level, though this is true for many a large corporation.
