Really bad low and mid-level managers. Some of them can't even talk or understand English (and I'm talking about very basic English skills). They get to be managers because they have been around for too long, not for their management skills or people skills.

Lots of old, grumpy employees who clearly had their prime time long back. Now they've just become obstacles in product delivery and others' growth.
